Annika’s creative journey began at Istituto Marangoni, Milan, alma mater to Franco Moschino, Domenico Dolce, and Alessandro Sartori, after she dropped out of the London School of Economics to pursue her passion for design. With a Master’s in Luxury Accessories Design, she honed her craft over eight years of hands-on experience in leather, collaborating with Prada and Stella McCartney, before creating the Lucia Bag for Borbonese, unveiled at Milan Fashion Week FW20. In 2024, Vogue Italia named her among the Top 5 Foreign Designers in Italy, a recognition of her unique ability to fuse heritage craftsmanship with contemporary design.
